Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the 1927 website and tools ("Services") operated by 1927 Advisory LLC ("1927," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Description of Services

1927 provides leadership development consulting, team training, and AI-powered problem-solving tools. Our AI tools, including the A3 Problem-Solving tool, use third-party artificial intelligence to help users work through business challenges. These tools are provided as aids to structured thinking — not as professional consulting advice.

AI-Powered Tools

Our AI tools generate responses using third-party large language models. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. AI output should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating, validating, and acting on any information produced by our tools.

Session data (your conversations and generated reports) exists only in your browser during active use. We do not store, retain, or have access to your session content after you close or refresh the page. It is your responsibility to export or save any work before ending a session.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Services; attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse our AI system prompts or configurations; resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission; deliberately overload or abuse usage limits.

Intellectual Property

The 1927 brand, website design, tool interfaces, system prompts, and methodology frameworks are the intellectual property of 1927 Advisory LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our Services without written permission.

Content you create using our tools (such as A3 reports you generate) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your output.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 1927 Advisory LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including any reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. AI tool availability depends on third-party service providers and may be subject to usage limits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1927 Advisory LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
