1927 Advisory LLC ("1927," "we," "us") provides leadership development, team training, and AI-powered problem-solving tools. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you submit. This information is stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and used solely to respond to your inquiry.

When you use our AI-powered tools (such as the A3 Problem-Solving tool), the content you enter is sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not store your conversations. All session data exists only in your browser and is lost when you close or refresh the page.

Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how visitors use our site. Fathom does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No personal information is collected through analytics.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not build profiles on our visitors. We do not use your tool session data to train AI models.

Data Security

You may request deletion of any personal information you've submitted through our contact form by emailing us. Since we do not store AI tool session data, there is nothing to delete from tool usage.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
